We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days and to dispatch within 5-10 working days. Custom wigs can take from 14 working days to at least 45 working days to complete depending on the requirements selected. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (Including Public Holidays). International Delivery charges will vary but all delivery costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. A signature will be required on delivery, we suggest using a work address if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery. If you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card from the courier with details on how to arrange a re-delivery. We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for or marked as delivered. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You have within 24 hours to cancel any orders placed on our website, after 24 hours all orders are confirmed and can no longer be cancelled but may be altered subject to availabilty and requirements.
Shipping confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All wigs are shipped with tracking, so a signature is required. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
